
Once you are happy that your shopping bag is full, you are now ready to order. Click on the "checkout" button.
If you are a new customer you will have to register with us first; this involves entering your details, like your name, address and email address. This will allow us to remember them for you so you don’t have to type them in every time you visit us. To be taken to the registration page, click on the purple "register" word.
If you have shopped on our website before, just enter your email address along with your password and press the "Login" button.
If you have forgotten your password, just enter your email address in the textbox, and press the "Forgotten your password" link. The password hint which you gave when you registered will be shown below.
The next page is the delivery options page. Here you can review the billing and the delivery address. If they need to be changed, click on the "Edit Addresses" button.

On the next page you can enter your payment details. We accept cards from these brands: Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, American Express. Choose which card you will be using, then enter the card’s number, the name as it appears on the card, the CV2 code (the last 3 digits found on the signature strip on the back of the card), the card’s expiry date, and if available, the card’s start date and the card’s issue number. Click on the "Confirm" button to continue.
Your order will be summarised on the next page, along with all the details associated with it. Please review this page to see if it contains any errors. If it does, use the “Back” button to find the appropriate page and amend the errors. Once you are sure that all the information is correct, press the "Place Order" button.
That’s it! You’ve placed an order on our website. You should now receive an order confirmation email, which you should keep for your records.
