Returns Policy


Our Guarantee to You

Our products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and are made by the finest mills in the World. Every care has been taken to ensure the accurate description, portrayal and measurements of our goods. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in actual goods may occur where it has been necessary to change specifications in production. Where possible we will inform you of these changes. The “natural shades” of Guanaco and Vicuña are exactly that, un-dyed products and therefore natural variations may occur from one piece to the next. If a stock item is currently unavailable, you will be informed by email including an estimate of how long until it is expected to be back in stock.

Returns Policy

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us within 30 days of receipt and in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Please see the returns form section below.

We advise that you obtain a certificate of posting which is free of charge at any Post office and keep it safe. Unfortunately postage and packaging costs where included and return postage costs cannot be refunded - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.

Esgyrn will notify you by email as soon as we receive the returned goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Any refund due will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase once we have received the returned items. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your account to be credited once we have received the returned items.

Liability

Esgyrn’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied by Esgyrn. Esgyrn shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Esgyrn cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment, packaging, this website or brochure. Customer’s statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
